Ordering is easy....just use our shopping cart! If, however, you prefer to call or mail in your order, please feel free to do so but don't forget to include contact information, i.e. email and/or telephone number


Our prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, all handled through our secure server. If you prefer not to use your credit card online, please call us at (250) 656-2499 to place your order. We are, unfortunately, unable to accept personal cheques but international money orders are just fine. Once you have placed your order, we will send you confirmation by email. Should you need to make any changes, please contact us by email within 24 hours or phone us at the above number during business hours, Mon - Sat, 10.00 - 5.00 Pacific Time.

Shipping and Handling

We will do our very best to ship your item(s) within 5-7 business days from date of order provided we have the goods in stock. If not, we will notify you by email, then fill any back order as soon as possible. Your credit card will only be charged once the order has been filled. Parcels are mailed by Canada Post with a flat rate on all shipping depending on weight of your package. We offer a shipping discount on multiple items but please take into account that all parcels have to be weighed and measured according to Canada Post standards. Expedited appears to be the best way to go. If you are not sure of shipping costs, please feel free to email us with your queries.

Within Canada Up to 500 gm   $10.95, 500 - 1,000 gm   $17.95 

Light Packet to the U.S. Up to 250gm $3.95 - $6.95

Small Packet to the U.S. Up to 250 gm = $7.95,  250 - 500 gm =  $10.95, 500 - 1000 gm = $14.95

International Up to 250 gm = $10.95, 250 - 500 gm = $17.95

For shipping rates on parcels over 500 gm, please ask before ordering. Thank you!


We are unable to track a parcel once it has left Canada unless it is insured or expedited and although is very seldom parcels get lost in the mail, we do highly recommend cover of an extra $1.00 on higher-priced items to destinations inside the U.S. and $1.50 per item to destinations outside of North America

Return & Refunds

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. Our items are quality products and we try to make the description as accurate as possible but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the goods to us within 30 days of the original shipping date for exchange or full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible for your Returns Authorization Code and you will receive a complete refund on the goods as long as they are returned in the original wrapping and in the same good condition in which they were received. Please note, we do not refund shipping charges.

Duties & Taxes

All products mailed within Canada are subject to 5% GST which is charged at time of checkout. Goods delivered to addresses outside of Canada are tax-free but could be liable to taxes, customs duty and handling charges. Please check your country's laws and regulations in this regard.
